What should I bring to my initial appointment?
Make a list of the things you’d like to discuss: show your GP the list at the start of the appointment. Prioritise what is most important to discuss today.
Medications: bring an up-to-date list of your medications, including the dose you take.
Family History: if possible, know your family history, especially for conditions that might be inherited like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart attacks, strokes and cancers.
Booking a long appointment: if you have multiple issues or want to discuss a more complicated issue, like mental health.
Fees & Payments
Unable to Attend Your Appointment
If you are unable to make your appointment we ask that you give us as much notice as possible by calling the practice. Failure to attend 3 appointments in a row may result in you being charged a cancellation fee.
Pathology & Diagnostics
There is onsite access to Pathology and Imaging services as well as access to other medical specialists.
